For more than 20 years I've worked inside companies and nonprofits right when they start to outgrow how they run. RVG exists to help them through that moment.
Where RVG came from.
I started my career in media production, building training content and digital systems for companies and nonprofits. That work put me inside hundreds of organizations at the same moment: growing fast, running on instinct, and held together by a handful of key people.
I kept seeing the same thing. The market wasn't holding these organizations back. The way they ran was. Leaders knew they could do more, but everything depended on willpower instead of a system, and working harder wasn't moving the needle anymore.
I built RVG to fix that. Not with a strategy deck, but by setting up the tools, processes, and playbooks a team can actually run.
So many founders and leaders have built something real and just need help making the next leap. That's where my passion lives.

My deeper purpose is supporting children fighting cancer. I've been inside the hospitals, run the events, and seen what these organizations need to grow. The gaps that hold back a $10M business show up in a $4M nonprofit too. The stakes are just higher.
